* Key Responsibilities:
* Personalized home support for elderly clients, focusing on independence and quality of life
* Social support and transport services, including medical appointments and outings
* Domestic assistance, including light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Support with mobility and use of personal equipment
* Assistance for clients with complex or high-care needs
About You:
* A compassionate, friendly, and reliable individual who is passionate about supporting others
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
* Able to adapt to changing client needs and provide flexible support services
Requirements:
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Home Community Care
* Current First Aid CPR certificates
* Valid National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months)
* Australian Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
* Minimum two doses of COVID-19 vaccination
* Smartphone with internet access
* Willingness to complete online training modules and attend a paid in-person induction
