Synergie is seeking an entry‑level Civil Labourer to join us on the Sunshine Coast. This role is ideal for someone with a background in civil works, particularly road construction, who is looking to contribute to a dynamic team environment. The work is physically demanding and includes both day and night shifts, with weekend work as required. A strong work ethic, safety‑first mindset, and adaptability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Work as part of a timber bridge crew on the Sunshine Coast.
* Perform day and night work, including weekends as required.
Key Requirements
* Entry‑level or junior construction experience (timber or bridge work advantageous).
* High physical fitness and stamina.
* Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety.
* Valid Queensland "C" class driver's licence.
* Ability to integrate into a high‑energy team environment.
* Willingness to participate in formal training (e.g., Civil Trades Development Program).
* Pre‑employment medical assessment required.
