Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

* HR Solutions
o Coordinating and implementing HR solutions for workforce challenges.
o Providing strategic and operational advice using your HR knowledge.
* Stakeholder Relationships
o Developing and sustaining relationships across the business.
o Supporting business units with succession and workforce planning, and effective resource utilisation.
* Employee Life Cycle
o Leading best practices across the employee life cycle.
o Developing and documenting policies.
* Retention & Recognition
o Driving retention strategies through HR partnerships.
o Implementing and supporting reward and recognition strategies.
* Communication & Resolution
o Ensuring effective communication at all levels.
o Guiding managers in resolving performance and employee relations matters.

Requirements:

* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
* 2-3 years of experience in a Business Partner position.
* Experience in a consultancy, engineering, or legal firm environment.
* The right to work in Australia.
