About the Role:
This leadership position offers the opportunity to spend 80% of your time on the shop floor, supporting sales & profit goals by setting plans for your department to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll act in line with our values, prioritizing customer service, teamwork and continuous improvement.
* Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service and promote our loyalty program to drive engagement and build meaningful relationships
* Collaborate with our Visual team to create inspiring and exciting customer experiences
* Train and develop your Sales Advisor team through feedback and coaching
* Promote our sustainability vision to both your team and customers
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
* The ability to delegate, follow up and provide constructive feedback to coach and develop your team
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on business needs
* The ability to analyze figures and formulate plans to maximize sales
* Previous leadership experience with proven sales success & team development (Minimum 1 year)
