Job Description
The successful candidate will provide quality 24/7 care in supported independent living accommodation settings, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for customers with disabilities. This includes supporting individuals with intellectual or behavioural disabilities, as well as those with physical and/or psychiatric disabilities.
Candidates must be available to work shift work, including regular sleepovers and active nights, weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to develop positive relationships, and the resilience to work independently as part of a team.
