Job Description
Manage and lead a team of safety & training professionals.
Act as the key safety leader across the site, assisting with the implementation of safety practice, particularly at the leadership level.
Collaborate with department heads to integrate HSEQT practices into daily operations.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Manage internal and external key stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of escalation for safety, quality & training matters
Drive continuous improvement processes and systems to enhance overall quality and safety.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful HSEQT Superintendent Should Have
Tertiary Qualifications in Work Health and Safety or a related field.
Proven expertise in HSEQT management within mining or construction operations.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs.
Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
