Job Overview
This is a key role within the ICT department, focusing on the administration of messaging systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality services and workplaces by adhering to defined service quality standards and occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
* Key responsibilities include:
o Supporting the development and review of business and operational plans that align with departmental and branch outcomes.
o Working in a large, complex, and geographically dispersed ICT environment.
o Providing expertise and support on the use of methods and tools associated with Exchange, Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and related messaging technologies.
o Executing operational procedures and tasks, contributing to the implementation of maintenance and installation work.
o Identifying and resolving operational problems using system management software.
o Responding to support requests following established procedures, providing information to facilitate problem resolution and promptly escalating unresolved calls as necessary.
