About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team.
The successful applicant will contribute positively to care planning, engage in case conferencing, and deliver evidence-based reablement pathways to ensure client physical, social, and mental health benefits.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Contributing positively to multi-disciplinary care planning for clients
* Demonstrated experience in person-centred practice, service continuous improvement, evidence based treatment and service delivery
* Engaging in case conferencing and problem-solving of complex care needs
* Proactively delivering evidence-based reablement pathways
* Demonstrated willingness to mentor students and increase your personal skill set
To be successful in this role, you must be an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with an appropriate tertiary level qualification, current registration with Exercise and Sports Science Australia, and extensive knowledge of exercise interventions in managing chronic and complex clinical presentations.
