**Digital Performance Lead Job Description**
We are seeking a Digital Performance Lead to join our Melbourne team on a 14-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional conversations with key stakeholders to deliver Movember's goals via paid media.
This role plays a key part in bringing Movember's key performance channels to life, with an emphasis on digital channels. You will work closely with agency implementation stakeholders, campaigns, insights, content and brand, social media teams, and platform partners as required.
The Digital Performance Lead will provide expert implementation and ongoing optimisation of digital performance media buying for Movember. This includes providing channel expertise in implementing, optimising, and reporting on digital and performance-led campaigns.
You will also be responsible for integrating activity into plans that consider all media channels and ensuring bought performance campaigns drive overall Movember objectives. The Digital Performance Lead will support and consult on developing channel and media plans, as well as planning budgets to achieve campaign and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and optimise digital performance media buying for Movember
* Provide channel expertise in implementing, optimising, and reporting on digital and performance-led campaigns

* Ensure bought performance campaigns drive overall Movember objectives
* Support and consult on developing channel and media plans
* Plan budgets to achieve campaign and marketing goals
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications (or relevant experience) in marketing communication
* Experience managing complex social media, SEM, and digital advertising platforms
* Experience managing media budgets and reconciliation
* Understanding of tracking and attribution systems
* Strategic and creative thinking focused on innovative and measurable solutions
* Strong Excel and macros skills
* Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders globally and across departments
* Proven success in driving SEM and paid social media results
* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Project management experience, delivering on time and within budget
Desirable Skills:
* Fundraising and not-for-profit marketing experience
* Availability to travel domestically or internationally
