Key Responsibilities
Beauty Services:
Perform waxing (face and body), facials, and skin treatments
Deliver body treatments such as scrubs and relaxation massages
Offer skincare consultations and recommend homecare products
Nail Services (Desirable):
Provide manicures, pedicures, and cuticle care
Create straightforward nail art designs (optional)
Educate clients on nail health and aftercare
Client Experience:
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
Tailor treatments to suit individual needs
Build lasting relationships and encourage rebookings
Hygiene and Safety:
Follow strict hygiene protocols for tools and equipment
Keep work areas clean and sanitised
Comply with Australian health and safety standards
Team & Salon Support:
Assist with general salon upkeep
Refill stock and prep stations as needed
Promote services, specials, and retail items
Help with reception duties like scheduling and payments

Skills & Qualifications:
Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a salon environment
Nail treatment experience is highly regarded
Knowledge of skincare, product use, and treatment protocols
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and a team player
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Compensation:
10% commission on retail sales
Working Conditions:
Casual position: Starting at 15 hours per week, with potential to increase
4-week rotating roster including late nights (up to 9:00 pm):
