Job Title: Strategic Risk Management Professional
This senior-level role involves spearheading a comprehensive risk management strategy across the organization, fostering a proactive and robust culture that ensures regulatory compliance and minimizes potential losses.
* The successful candidate will collaborate with various divisions to develop and implement effective risk management practices, ensuring all relevant laws, regulations, and standards are met.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in risk management, compliance, and audit frameworks, as well as expertise in interpreting legislation and understanding compliance requirements.
* Responsibilities will include conducting Business Impact Assessments, developing and implementing Business Continuity Plans, and administering the fraud analytic platform on behalf of the organization.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating crisis simulation exercises and updating the Crisis Management Plan to ensure optimal business continuity.
* Additional responsibilities may include providing training and support to the business and maintaining proficiency in Power BI.
* The role may require occasional travel within the state and interstate.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A tertiary degree in Business or a related discipline.
* A minimum 5-10 years' experience in risk management.
* Demonstrated prior experience with ISO 31000:2018.
