Key Responsibilities
* Manage client enquiries and be the friendly first point of contact.
* Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date.
* Assist with organising deliveries, materials, and logistics.
* Prepare reports and provide updates on projects and team activities.
* Support inventory tracking and liaise with procurement as needed.
* Help with general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in administration or operations support.
* Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
* Clear, professional communication skills — both written and verbal.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and keen to learn new systems.
* Detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus.
* Proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
