Join to apply for the Learning Services Specialist (Indigenous Targeted) role at UNSW.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality services to students, staff, and stakeholders through both face-to-face and digital channels.
- Be the first point of contact for students and external clients visiting the libraries, providing accurate and timely referrals to other units within the Library or University.
- Collaborate with a team of Library Learning Specialists and staff from other Library and University units to provide a high level of service.
- Work on a roster 5 days a week on campus, from 9am to 6pm, with occasional weekend and evening shifts; no work from home is available.
Qualifications
- A completed TAFE Library and Information Services qualification (we will also consider candidates who are in the process of completing it).
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality, consistent, and effective client services.
- Robust interpersonal and professional skills, including the ability to engage positively and maturely with clients.
- An understanding of and commitment to UNSW’s aims, objectives, and values in action.

Location, Remuneration and Conditions
- Full Time (35-hour week) Fixed Term Contract until May 2026.
- Remuneration: Level 4 from $81,335 (+ 17% superannuation and leave loading).
- Location: UNSW Kensington and UNSW Paddington Library.
