Overview
BOQ Group is hiring experienced Change Managers to support transformation initiatives across several divisions within the bank. This 12-month contract role offers the opportunity to shape and embed meaningful change in diverse business areas, including risk and compliance, customer operations and digital transformation. You'll design and deliver change strategies that are practical, people-focused, and aligned with organisational goals.

Lead the full change lifecycle—from planning and communications through adoption and measurement.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to embed change across divisions.
About You / Qualifications
You are a natural communicator with a collaborative approach and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people through change. While experience in financial services is welcome, it's not essential—what matters most is your ability to connect, influence, and deliver. You bring a strong foundation in change management principles, ideally supported by a certification such as SAFe or Prosci, and you're confident working across agile, waterfall, or hybrid environments. You are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in dynamic environments, guiding stakeholders, refining strategies, and tracking adoption metrics with energy, empathy, and a commitment to making change stick.
