Responsibilities
Joining the Maintenance Team in Dry Creek, South Australia as an Electrician where you will:-
- Carry out routine examinations
- Fault finding
- Interrogation and diagnostic testing on heavy rail equipment installed on different projects.
- Actively maintain and repair rail equipment installed
- Fulfil safety procedures
- Report daily and weekly on activity, problems found and measures taken to maintain
- Operating and maintaining workshop equipment
- Following instructions to complete tasks, and the ability to work both in a team and independent environment
- General workshop duties
Your Profile
To be eligible for the role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent qualification.
- SA Electrical licence
- Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in the transportation or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
