Host / Reception – Part Time (32 hrs/week)

The Role
This is a part-time position (32 hours per week), working:
* Thursday to Monday
* Weekends at our Palm Cove display home
* Weekdays in our Cairns office
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in creating a welcoming experience while helping guide potential customers on their home-building journey.
What You'll Be Doing
* Greeting and engaging with visitors in a warm, professional manner
* Managing reception duties and general office support
* Generating leads and assisting potential clients with initial enquiries
* Supporting the process of signing clients into preliminary contracts
* Maintaining the presentation of the display home and office
What We're Looking For
* A polished, friendly personality with excellent communication skills
* Confidence in speaking with potential clients and building rapport
* Previous reception or customer-facing experience
* Basic knowledge of the construction or building industry (preferred)
* Competency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Reliable transport
* A willingness to share the office with our much-loved dog, Slinky 🐾
