Role Overview
As Assistant Director, you'll be the right‐hand support to our Campus Director and Educational Leader – working together to create a positive, nurturing, and high‐performing environment for children, families, and educators alike.
Responsibilities
* Supporting and mentoring educators to grow and succeed
* Ensuring every child's day is safe, engaging, and full of learning
* Building warm, trusted relationships with families
* Embedding best practice in line with the NQF and The OAC Way
* Inspiring a culture of collaboration, creativity, and care
Qualifications
* A Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or higher)
* 2–3+ years of leadership experience in an early learning setting
* Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & CSS
* A supportive and proactive leadership style
* Excellent communication, problem‐solving, and mentoring skills
* A full‐time, can‐do attitude and a genuine passion for what you do!
