Lead Shaft Miner Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Shaft Miner to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sinking of vertical shafts for mine access and ventilation at our project in NSW.
* The ideal candidate will have trades exposure working in the resource sector, high-risk tickets, and a background in mining or construction.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead a team of shaft personnel and be responsible for:
* Sinking vertical shafts
* Maintaining safety awareness and workplace behaviours
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
* A strong understanding of safety procedures
* High-risk tickets
* A willingness to complete a National Police Clearance and Pre-Employment Medical
