About You:
* Have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a chef.
* Professional work ethic with effective communication and time management skills, ensuring efficient service.
* Reliability and the ability to work under pressure.
* Must have Food Safety Certificate.
The Role:
* Assisting the head chef.
* Organise and monitor the kitchen and inventory, ordering and liase with front of house team.
* Assist with and oversee food preparation, food presentation, storage and food wastages.
* Maintain kitchen equipment, work areas and general supplies to assist with established health and safety standards and regulations.
