As a Speech Pathologist in our Westminster clinic, you will be responsible for maintaining a mixed caseload, serving both in our clinic, as well as out in the community Our purpose is clear, and we want you to work with a team of Allied Health Professionals with unwavering determination, pursuing excellence and pushing boundaries to improve lives and lead in our field Ready to make a REAL difference?

About Your New Role

Drive and lead your own caseload, delivering exceptional care to our participants
Delivering high-quality, person-centred speech therapy to a wide range of NDIS participants.
Participating in peer consultations with other disciplines to achieve client outcomes.
Working with clients to set achievable goals that will support them to function more independently.
Reporting: Report disciplinary or grievance incidents, assist in record-keeping and data tracking, and provide necessary reports to senior management.

Essential Qualifications And Experience

Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Speech Pathology
Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation)
Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car
Unrestricted Australian work rights
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
