This position is based in Australia’s Northwest - South Hedland Pilbara Region.Hedland Health Campus is seeking motivated Patient Support Assistants to join their Hotel Services team.This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent, Fixed Term, and Casual appointments at various hours per fortnight. Fixed Term contracts include the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2025.This role assists with a range of patient support services as directed by the Coordinator Patient Support Services and members of the nursing team.The Patient Support Assistant Is Responsible ForCleaning routines including daily cleans, discharges, and high-cleans, adhering to Healthcare level infection control processes and procedures in a high patient activity hospital setting.Direct Patient assistanceLinen and waste removalMeals and refreshments distributionIt is important to note that there is no accommodation subsidy assistance, no Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) options, and no relocation expenses for this position.To learn more about the position, please see the attached Job Description Form (JDF) and contact Slavica Pejovic on 08 9174 1013.About The AreaSouth Hedland is located 1,620 kilometres north of Perth in the Pilbara Region, which is WA’s second most northern region.
