About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Operations Assistant to support our digital operations and online customer workflows. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day online processes, accurate data handling, and timely support across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is organised, tech-comfortable, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep online operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily online operations across websites, platforms, or internal systems
* Process online orders, requests, or submissions accurately and on time
* Monitor inboxes, dashboards, or ticketing systems and escalate issues when required
* Maintain and update records, reports, and operational documentation
* Coordinate with customer service, marketing, or technical teams as needed
* Perform data entry, quality checks, and system updates
* Identify and suggest improvements to online workflows and processes
Requirements
* Previous experience in operations, administration, or online support preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Comfortable working with online tools, spreadsheets, and internal systems
* Good written communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $79,350.20 per year
