Head Physiotherapist Brisbane Bullets | South Brisbane, QLD | Full-Time The Brisbane Bullets, a premier NBL club committed to athlete health, performance, well-being, and continuous development, are seeking a world-class Head Physiotherapist to join our fully integrated basketball operations team. Key responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop physiotherapy staff Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy services, including injury assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, return-to-play support, and recovery Lead return-to-play decisions and maintain precise, up-to-date medical records Educate players on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term health Monitor player workloads; leverage AMS and AI to support injury prevention and performance optimization Provide support during training, games, and travel, coordinating with medical services as required Qualifications and experience: APA Sports Physiotherapy title (or equivalent postgraduate qualification); full AHPRA registration Current First Aid and CPR certification Strength and Conditioning qualifications or experience preferred Skills and working requirements Committed to supporting athletes through strong systems and processes Apply sound medical ethics within high-performance sport contexts Expert clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills Excellent verbal and written communication with players, staff, and key stakeholders Proficient with AMS and diagnostic, and rehabilitation technologies Eager to integrate frontier AI into day-to-day workflows Flexible availability, including extended hours; legally entitled to work in Australia What we offer: Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience Collaborative environment with curious, innovative colleagues Ongoing professional development opportunities If you are passionate about sports physiotherapy and want to be part of a high-performance team striving to do things better, and differently, we would love to hear from you.
