The Role
In this position, you will manage your own conveyancing files end-to-end, supported by an expanding team and modern systems.
You will be involved in:
* Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction through to settlement
* Liaising with agents, lenders, clients, and internal stakeholders
* Utilising electronic conveyancing platforms and legal CRM systems
* Providing clear, professional client communication throughout the process
* Supporting team members and contributing to workflow efficiencies
* Assisting with phones and general client experience as required
* Participating in networking and community engagement initiatives
About You
We're looking for more than technical capability — we're looking for someone who brings pride, initiative, and ownership to their work.
You will demonstrate:
* 2+ years experience in QLD residential conveyancing (commercial experience is a huge plus).
* Strong working knowledge of LEAP Legal (or similar CRM), PEXA, QLD Titles Office, and QLD Revenue Office
* Ability to manage a file end-to-end with total accuracy and minimal supervision.
* Great communication skills - you translate "legalese" into plain English and build instant rapport with agents, banks, and clients.
* High attention to detail and personal accountability

* Availability to work full-time in-office
* Interest in networking and building community relationships
