About This Role
We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our dynamic team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the HR inbox, providing advice on HR policies and leave entitlements, and supporting employees with queries around payroll and general HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the HR inbox, triage queries, and ensure timely follow-up
* Provide clear first-level advice on HR policies and leave entitlements
* Support employees with queries around payroll and general HR processes
* Run reports and maintain accurate data across HR platforms
* Assist in preparing tailored HR reports that help drive business decisions
* Act as a friendly and approachable first point of contact for employee queries

About You
* Fundamental experience in Human Resources, with exposure to generalist HR tasks and processes
* Confident in providing first-level advice on HR policies and leave entitlements
* Experienced in supporting HR operations such as inbox management, reporting, and maintaining data accuracy across platforms
* Strong communication skills enable you to respond to employee queries with clarity and professionalism
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environment
