As part of our remote sales team, you'll be selling media packages to existing customers and new prospects across NSW, VIC, and QLD.
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years experience in agency, media or advertising sales with a proven track record of building strong, lasting relationships, managing and building your own pipelines, meeting targets, and driving growth opportunities. This is a Sydney-based role, however, you'll work mostly from home with face‑to‑face meetings as needed and enjoy a flexible 24‑hour workweek over 3 or 4 days.
About you
* Minimum 3 years of experience in similar media sales roles, gained either in online publishing, radio, or print or have a strong sales and marketing background.
* Proven track record of hitting sales targets and a hunger to do so.
* A positive and outgoing personality that connects with people and understands how to build and nurture relationships.
* A proven track record of driving growth opportunities in a target‑oriented environment.
* Able to start in late January and hit the ground running.

Essential skills and experience
* Sales / Media experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to present to clients.
* Comfortable with creating proposals and presentations, scheduling, and admin tasks.
* Excellent pipeline opportunity management and record keeping.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage volume inquiries in peak seasons, prioritise ruthlessly.
* Collaborative team player, self‑motivated while working remotely.
* Excellent proficiency in G‑Suite and Salesforce (or similar).
