Account Specialist – Eagle Farm, Queensland. Join Australia's largest supplier of plumbing and bathroom products. This is a Full-time role based in Eagle Farm with remote and onsite components. The Onsite team focuses on driving customer success through end-to-end supply solutions for large volume builders.

Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers and their staff across all levels of business, supported by product knowledge and expertise.
* Support customers with quotations, product selection, and advice on organisation and logistics.
* Achieve agreed sales and margin growth targets and activity levels.
* Partner with customers to understand their business needs and deliver end-to-end supply solutions.
* Embrace Reece values, policies and procedures and contribute as a supportive team member.
Qualifications & Skills
* People skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, colleagues and customers.
* Willingness to "have a go" and a proactive approach to work.
* Ability to meet deadlines through discipline, planning and time-management.
* Strong interpersonal skills to establish productive working relationships with all staff and customers.
* Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous but not essential.
* Experience as a key account manager, external sales representative, and/or relevant industry/product experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Windows programs including Word, Outlook and Excel.
Work arrangement: Full-time, with opportunities for remote work and onsite activity in Eagle Farm, QLD.
