The Ideal Candidate
The role is flexible and open to a mixed level of experience from 1 + years in portfolio management - the portfolio will be tailored to the successful candidates experience.
If you have worked in a POD or task-based system and are open to learning end to end management, this role may be for you.
- Team player, ability to work within a small team who support one another
- Outgoing, friendly and enjoys a boutique office culture
- Possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Deliver a high level of customer service
The Job & Duties
A Inner to mid South of the river portfolio. Starting at around 20-40 properties, which will grow with new business. Take your time, get to know your clients and properties without huge portfolio numbers and pressure.
- Manage a portfolio with full autonomy and control - know whats going on at all times
- Full leasing support from an in house agent
- No BDM or Trust
- Hands on and supportive head of department
