The Role:
* Interpret parts manuals, catalogues, and technical documentation to identify correct components for customers.
* Respond to enquiries from clients, service centres, and OEM partners via phone, email, and online platforms.
* Prepare accurate quotations, order confirmations, and recommendations.
* Process sales orders and coordinate dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain product knowledge of aircraft engines and accessories (training provided).
* Build strong customer relationships by providing professional, reliable support.
* Provide Technical advice and hands‑on support
What You'll Bring:
* Experience in customer service or parts interpretation in aviation, mechanical, automotive, or similar industries.
* General knowledge or interest in aircraft engines.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail.
* ERP/Microsoft Office proficiency.
* Ability to work independently within a small, specialised team.
