This ongoing Administrative Support Officer role working out of our Warrnambool District Mechanical Workshop may give you that opportunity.Reporting to the District Mechanical Officer, Officer in Charge this position will see you provide critical administration support to the workshop.Your days will see you undertake a range of administrative functions inclusive of reception duties, word processing, data entry, filing of documents and management of incoming and outgoing mail.Further, key responsibilities will include:Collating and processing accounts payable and receivableCollating and recording fleet maintenance figuresOrganising the purchase and delivery of goods and/or services for the workshopAbout youThe person we are looking for will be able to work well in a team and have demonstrated administrative and clerical skills along with experience in managing a filing system.Ideally you will have high level communication and excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
