A bit about your role
Located in Launceston, you will work autonomously on Customer Service field tasks across potentially all nbn technologies. You will be responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services, mainly inside the customer's premises.

The role works between the hours of 7am to 7pm based on business needs, with a flexible working environment encouraged.
A bit about you
Excellent customer service skills, honesty and integrity, self‐management and motivation are essential. A current and clean Driver's License and strong, personable communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
