We are currently on the lookout for Casual Support Professionals (Disability Support Workers) in the Hobart area in Tasmania.
Roles currently available:
- Support Professionals – SIL and Individual Supports
- Job Trainer (Hobart region) – Supporting our clients on the Job
Both roles are Level 2 Pay Point – Oak Tasmania EA

About the Role

As a Support Professional, you'll be a vital part of helping people achieve their goals and live more independently. You'll bring not just your skills, but your whole self – your empathy, creativity, and resilience – to help others thrive.
You'll work independently and as part of a supportive team, delivering tailored care aligned with each client's personal support plan.
Work across different locations and care needs.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Full, unrestricted driver's licence – a must
- Personal qualities like empathy, patience, and resilience
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills – think emails, reports, and documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Qualifications in related fields are desirable
- Working with Vulnerable People Check with NDIS endorsement (Or happy to obtain)
- National Police Check (Or happy to obtain)
- First Aid/CPR, Medication, and Healthy Bodies training – great if you have them already, but if not...we'll help you get there
