The role
Crown is the ultimate destination for dining experiences, with a vast array of casual offerings to more premium settings. We have something to suit everyone’s tastes.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Be comfortable across pan and or grill section & Commissary Bulk Cooking
- Be able to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Provide high attention to detail with the ability to maintain high and consistent food standards at all times
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- A valuable attitude and willingness to learn
- Buffet/ Bulk Cooking highly desired for Commissary Kitchen
- Australian recognised Trade Papers or Cert III in Commercial Cookery - Preferred but not essential
- HACCP knowledge
