About the role
Our South Australian Delivery team is responsible for delivering critical electrical infrastructure projects across the state. As Electrical Construction Manager, you'll lead the planning and delivery of a range of complex construction projects – including substations, transmission lines and renewable energy developments.
You'll lead experienced electrical crews and subcontractors to safely deliver complex construction projects – ensuring work is completed on time, on budget and to the highest safety standards. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating site activities, providing strong on‐site leadership, managing project performance, and driving robust outcomes for our clients. All whilst maintaining high standards of safety, quality and performance.

This role involves working on project sites across SA. Rosters vary depending on project requirements, with a typical roster of 10 days on / 4 days off, 11‐hour days, plus overtime and travel allowances.
As Construction Manager, you will be required to be on‐site to effectively lead project delivery, so working away from home will be expected.
This role is being offered as a 24‐month Term Contract.
About you
You're a seasoned HV electrical construction leader with hands‐on experience delivering complex substation projects end‐to‐end. You're confident leading projects in high‐risk environments and bring a strong focus on safety, quality and commercial outcomes.
