About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Power Platform & SharePoint Specialist to support and enhance critical SharePoint Online and Power Automate workflows, with a strong focus on intranet platforms and business-critical SharePoint sites.
This role will work hands-on with existing and new workflows, lead enhancements, resolve issues, and support the ongoing improvement of automation solutions. You'll also contribute to strengthening team capability through documentation and knowledge sharing, while supporting intranet improvements within SharePoint Online.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, configure and enhance SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries and permissions
* Maintain, troubleshoot and improve Power Automate cloud flows
* Build new workflows and optimise existing automations for performance, reliability and governance
* Diagnose and resolve defects and workflow issues raised by users
* Apply best practices for flow structure, error handling and documentation
* Support intranet enhancements, maintenance and content management
* Provide hands-on guidance and support to team members
* Create and maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides

Skills & Experience
Essential
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
* Proven experience with SharePoint Online, including configuration, permissions and content structuring
* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve workflow issues efficiently
* Experience delivering or improving process automation solutions
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Desirable
* Experience with Power Pages and Dataverse
* Experience with or understanding of Azure services
