Practice Principal – Early Start Australia
Location: Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
We are seeking a talented leader to build and run a multidisciplinary practice and lead a high functioning team at our Maroochydore site.

About the role
* Manage day‑to‑day operations of the practice – triage, client scheduling, feedback, complaints, team meetings, budget management, etc.
* Use financial acumen to analyse reports and drive strong performance.
* Achieve and exceed business KPIs: client satisfaction, staff satisfaction and billable hours.
* Build a strong client base and referral network.
* Lead a team of up to 10 therapists, allied health assistants and admin support.
* Maintain an own therapy caseload.
* Implement ESA organisational and practice strategies and operating standards.
* Contribute to organisational strategy and best practice development.
About you
* Experienced manager of allied health teams, passionate about supporting and mentoring multidisciplinary therapists and recent graduates.
* Autonomous decision‑maker with resilience to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, strong communication skills to guide the team through change.
* Commercial experience building a client base and working to KPIs.
* Experience with children and/or people with disability.
* Required professional registrations, Working with Children check, National Police check, First Aid, Driver's Licence and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
