**Who are we looking for?**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Learning Room Leader who is committed to making a difference in the lives of children and their families. This role is based at AnglicareSA Daphne Street Early Learning Centre.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:
- Plan, deliver and evaluate an education and care program specific to the needs of the children within the child care centre.
- Lead and act as a mentor to the Children's Services Educators within the early learning centre
- Facilitate and support the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and (where applicable) the Social Communication Emotional Regulation and Transactional Supports mode (SCERTS).
- Liaise and maintain high level communication processes with all families
**What do you need to bring?**:
- Diploma of Children's Service or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience planning creative activates for young children
- Confident and skilled at building relationships with parents and families
- Safe Environments for children training
- Provide First Aid Certificate
