**About the role**
The role of the Security Co-ordinator is to support the national CCEP Corporate Security Team to review and analyse current and proposed business operations, including the development and review of standardised CCEP Security guidelines and standards, assisting with the alignment and improvement of existing Security processes and procedures nationally, and assisting with continuous improvement programs.
- Develop and implement ongoing comprehensive security guidelines, standards and procedures aligned with relevant CCEP functions (e.g. Health and Safety) to ensure the security of employees, contractors, visitors, and assets.
- Organise project initiatives, information, tools, and activities for the Security team.
- Provide administration support as needed, including managing project paperwork, financial tracking spreadsheets and Corporate Security intellectual property.
- Create comprehensive plans and reports as required with attention to detail.
- Support the NSW security presence and assist with contractor management across 5 primary NSW sites.
- Support and liaise with third-party security contractors, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide accurate reporting of security officer KPI's.
