Off the back of a record year, this agency is seeking to supplement their team with a hungry Sales Associate who can help them reach new heights in the new year.

**The Position**

In the role of Sales Associate your main responsibilities will include:

- Prospecting the local area and leveraging off current listings, cold and warm calling, door knocking, letter box drop offs etc.
- Attending open homes and auctions
- Coordinating advertising and marketing
- Prepare open for inspection packs
- Database management, data entry and other administrative duties as required
- Assisting with the exchange to settlement process
- Preparing and attending appraisals
- Building relationships with current clientele
- Full campaign management
- Dealing with all Buyer inquiries
- Attending open for inspections and private inspections
- Liaising with solicitors, vendors, buyers, photographers etc.

**The Person**
- Previous experience in residential real estate is preferred but not essential - attitude and personality is more important
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Strong work ethic and top-notch negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Full of initiative, driven and highly motivated
- Immaculate personal presentation
- First-class communication skills in all aspects, who can liaise with all types of clientele
- A strong knowledge of the Inner West marketplace and demographic would be preferred
