Major Projects Property and Land Development Officer
Major Projects Property and Land Development Officer in the Property and Land Development Branch, supporting renewable energy and land development space across the Dubbo region.
You'll make an impact by
* Supporting major, future-focused projects across the renewable energy zone, land development and infrastructure space
* Undertaking property transactions and investigations, including acquisitions, road closures, leases, licences and land dealings
* Contributing to the drafting and negotiation of property agreements, contracts and tenure arrangements
* Assisting with research, reporting and documentation to support Council decision-making and strategic outcomes
* Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
What you'll bring
* Certificate IV or relevant professional development/qualifications in business, property, property management, real estate or a related discipline with relevant experience
* Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office
* Solid experience in a property-related field
* High level organisational skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple property-related files and adhering to deadlines
* Highly developed planning and negotiation skills
* Ability to set priorities and achieve project deadlines
We would also love you to have:
* Diploma in a discipline associated with land economics or property management
* Experience in preparation and coordination of property-related agreements (e.g., lease, licence, tenancy agreement, sale/purchase contract, etc.)
