The role
As our Customer Service Superstar, you will act as a first point of contact with the opportunity to create and transform our customer's experience.
In detail you will:
* Manage incoming calls, chats and customer service enquiries
* Provide technical support to our end users
* Learn new troubleshooting and product information on the job
* Schedule Technicians for onsite technical resolution
* Initiate warranty orders through our system
* Ensure all WHS and industry standards are met and followed
