 
        
        CAMILLA is on the hunt for a retail superstar to join our James St Boutique on a full-time basis who is driven, passionate and experienced, with a true knack for styling and mentoring a team.
As a Leading Angel at CAMILLA, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Boutique, as well as leading your tribe through every collection. This includes rostering, training and hiring with the support of the Head Office tribe as well as delivering an extremely high standard of customer service and fostering close relationships with customers. Overseeing visual merchandising and people management are also included in the role of the Boutique Manager.
**To be our perfect leading angel you will**:
- Have a demonstrated retail history and experience in management (3+ years) 
- Be capable in the operational running of the boutique 
- Dance to the beat of your own drum, and show your creative flair to make your Boutique your own 
- Have an amazing energy that invites customers into the Boutique 
- Have experience in customer relationship management and an understanding of luxury customer service 
- Live and breathe the CAMILLA aesthetic, ethos and values
