Support Assistant

This role involves providing personal care and support to individuals with disabilities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supporting individuals with mobility and communication needs.

Key qualifications for this position include a valid driver's license, the ability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, and a current first aid and CPR certificate. You will also need good computer skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to provide respectful and compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs.

In addition to your skills and experience, you must be willing to undergo a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) worker check and have a confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination. You will also be required to meet the physical demands of the role, including manual handling tasks.
