The Psychosocial Recovery Service (PRS) provides non-clinical psychosocial support to people experiencing severe mental health challenges, supporting reduced psychosocial functional impairment and engagement with families and carers. This is a permanent full-time opportunity to join a supportive team in Swan Hill. 
What you will do 
Complete the initial intake and assessment under the direction of the Team Leader 
Develop and execute action plans to help individuals achieve their recovery goals 
Deliver group activities to build capacity and life skills; provide individual, person-centered, recovery and trauma-informed supports 
Support engagement of participants and their families with peer support and education programs 
Assist participants with accessing primary health services as appropriate 
Deliver high quality care to enable individuals and families to participate fully in the community and achieve overall wellbeing

What you need 
Relevant qualifications or commensurate experience in a role supporting people with mental health, generally a Certificate IV or higher 
Current valid Driver's Licence and ability to travel 
Appropriate IT skills 
Right to Work in Australia 
Satisfactory National Police Checks and Working with Children Checks (or willingness to obtain), and NDIS Worker Screening 
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
