We're a growing civil construction company looking for a driven, industry-savvy Recruiter to join our team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across major infrastructure and civil projects.
About the Role
* Manage full-cycle recruitment across white and blue-collar roles
* Source Site Engineers, Project Engineers, Supervisors, HSEQ professionals, and skilled trades
* Partner with project managers and leadership to forecast workforce needs
* Build talent pipelines for upcoming civil works
* Coordinate onboarding and support workforce planning
What We're Looking For
* Previous recruitment experience within civil construction (essential)
* Strong understanding of infrastructure project environments
* Proven ability to source hard-to-fill site-based roles
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proactive, organised, and results-driven
