We're in rapid growth mode, with operations in every state and a head office in Adelaide. We need a proven leader to oversee both our Sales and Operations functions nationally, driving performance, growth, and efficiency across the business.
The Role
As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the sales and operations departments, reporting directly to the CEO and acting as a key driver of the company's success. You'll lead and develop both teams — the Sales team (headed by a Sales Manager) and the Operations team (handling installations, installer management, customer experience, warranties, and aftercare).
Your mandate is to ensure both departments work in sync to deliver exceptional results, meet KPIs, and continue our trajectory as one of the fastest-growing solar and battery providers in the country.
Core responsibilities include:
Leadership & Oversight – Lead, inspire, and develop the Sales and Operations teams, ensuring both deliver on performance metrics and KPIs.
Sales Performance – Work closely with the Sales Manager to drive growth, coach leaders, and ensure the sales team consistently exceeds targets.
Operational Excellence – Oversee the Operations team to ensure seamless installations, excellent customer service, and efficient warranty handling.
Strategic Delivery – Build and execute strategies that align sales growth with operational capacity and quality standards.
Collaboration – Partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape and execute company strategy.
Process & Improvement – Implement systems, processes, and best practices to scale efficiently while maintaining quality.
About You
Senior leadership experience overseeing both sales and operations functions.
Proven track record in the solar industry — you understand both the sales process and operational delivery.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop leaders beneath you.
Strategic thinker with commercial acumen.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
