Job Title: Retail Sales Consultant
About the Role:
1. Provide exceptional customer service and promote sales of products and services.
2. Offer specialist product knowledge advice to assist customers with their queries.
3. Deliver products to customers as required, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
4. Answer telephone queries and provide assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Operate Point of Sale systems effectively, maintaining accurate records and processing transactions efficiently.
6. Liaise with Occupational Therapists, medical professionals, clients, and family members to provide tailored solutions that meet individual needs.
7. Generate invoices and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
8. Coordinate delivery schedules and follow-ups, ensuring seamless communication with customers and stakeholders.
9. Process orders and correspondence through the online portal, utilizing technology to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
10. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
12. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
13. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with others.
14. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
15. Be physically fit, with the ability to lift and move products as required.
16. Maintain an unrestricted driver's license and a current police check.
17. COVID vaccination (if required for facilities or state).
18. Possess knowledge of healthcare products or experience in the medical industry is highly desirable.
