Change Analyst
to join our Finance Strategic Projects team on a 12‐month full‐time contract, based at our Sydney Head Office with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days per week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
What You'll Do
* Support the delivery of change initiatives across Finance Strategic Projects, with a focus on the Billings stream and broader finance transformation
* Partner with the Change Lead and Change Manager to support impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, and training plans
* Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted point of contact for change‐related queries
* Track change activities, dependencies, and risks, providing clear progress updates to key stakeholders
* Support the design and delivery of training and readiness activities to drive adoption and embed new ways of working
About You
You're passionate about helping people through change and thrive in environments where collaboration, clarity, and delivery matter. You enjoy working across finance and technology‐enabled business projects and are looking for a role where you can deepen your change experience while making a meaningful impact.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Experience supporting change delivery in complex environments
* Experience working on finance projects or business projects enabled by technology
* Understanding of change management fundamentals and frameworks (Prosci or similar)
* Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and training support skills
* Knowledge of billings and payment processes is highly regarded
