What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:
- Lead and manage PAS operations across Amberley & Oakey.
- Ensure compliance with Defence and Downer standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver estate services.
- Manage team performance and development.

- Proven leadership in asset management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Defence estate operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in managing large teams and complex projects.
- Relevant qualifications in facilities or asset management.
