Regional Director - Multi-Brand Recruitment Group

Lead with purpose. We're searching for a strategic operator for this newly created role You will oversee and grow a multi-brand recruitment portfolio whilst running an executive desk - No salary too big, no salary too small.

We're now seeking a Regional Director to lead the next chapter of our commercial success across various portfolio of agencies- bringing vision, discipline, and energy to a portfolio of high-impact recruitment agencies.

The Opportunity

You'll lead a portfolio of Agencies across multiple brands in the corporate arm of the business, Retailworld Sydney and Melbourne and Hospoworld Sydney with full accountability for sales, profit, team performance, brand standards, and operational excellence across your region. You'll coach Agency Managers, unlock performance in your consultants and talent specialists, and directly influence the growth and success of the brands under your leadership.

This isn't a billing manager role in disguise. This is strategic, hands-on commercial leadership - where you'll mentor, influence, and execute, while also playing a lead role in senior client relationships, market positioning, and growth in your agencies.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Build and empower high-performing teams across multiple brands and agencies
* Coach and hold Agency Managers accountable for revenue, profitability, and culture
* Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and operational execution
* Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and optimal use of technology and tools
* Oversee key recruitment assignments and national account delivery
* Identify and pursue growth opportunities including market expansion and strategic partnerships
* Maintain strong financial governance, operating within budget and managing P&L
* Represent RWR Group in the market - developing your presence as a community business leader and trusted industry advisor
* Collaborate with the Group CEO on national strategy, innovation, and cross-brand initiatives

You Bring:

* Proven experience leading multi-site or multi-brand recruitment operations in an external recruitment environment is a must
* Strong commercial acumen, you understand budgets, margins, and the levers for scale
* The ability to influence and drive outcomes without needing to bill full-time
* A people-focused mindset, high-performance mindset with a track record of lifting others' capability
* A passion for people, growth, and leadership development, you will have a hands-on approach to training, managing KPI expectations and performance, willing to get your hands dirty
* Gravitas and presence, the ability to inspire confidence in clients, teams, and partners alike
* Big picture thinking, you will work closely with our GM of People of Performance to align talent strategies with business goals and scale our recruitment operations sustainably
